For our Home Customers: Delaware PC Services offers low cost, professional repairs, services, and upgrades to your computers, laptops, home servers, and tablet PCs. We offer in store FREE Same Day Evaluations, what this means is: you bring in your system - we look at it right then and talk to you about your issues with the system and provide a repair estimate that you agree on - then the repair begins. We do not perform work that you do not agree to - so no surprises. In some cases we may come across another issue that you may not have noticed, we stop, call you and discuss repair options and price (if there is a difference from what we originally quoted you) and to get your OK. If it is too expensive a repair for that particular system, we can advise you so you, yourself, can make the decision whether to repair or replace the system. We work with you every step of the way. No Surprises in cost! On-site service for our home based customer is bill at $85/hour with a minimum of one hour, we do not charge a 'travel fee'. (Service area is limited to Sussex County) Pick-up and Delivery, (for our valued customers that can not bring the system to us) we office pickup and delivery for those customers that need extensive repairs that may take more than a couple of hours to a couple days to repair. What this means is that your system has more damage that can be fixed in a couple of hours, it may be more cost effective to have the system picked up by one of our qualified technician and once repaired - brought back and reconnected for you at a charge of $39.99, plus the cost of repairs to fix the system. For our Business Customers: Delaware PC Services is a business setup for all of your computer needs, from simple PC repair to building High End Network Servers. We find inexpensive solutions to make small businesses work like large corporations without the high IT costs. We can provide on-site business repair and maintenance or provide your business with the option for 'Remote Repair' saving you, the customer, up to almost half of what you would pay for an on-site visit. In some cases an on-site visit by one of our Networking Engineers is required, but in most cases we can accomplish the same result and in less time, for even less overall cost. We do not require you to have a contract, because most businesses do not require a service contract - but just fast response to their service calls. Most business service calls are handled the same day!

You've heard horror stories about computer repair shops, that we be me. I took my laptop to a computer repair shop that said they are 'experts' they told me I would need a new 'motherboard' and it would be over $300, then they said to just buy one that they had on a shelf. I got an uncomfortable feeling dealing with them so I asked a good friend who they use and they gave me Delaware PC Services, I took it to them - they did not charge me to look at it and examined it right in front of me (and not in a back room) All they did was to remove the battery and hold down the power button for a few seconds, put the battery back in and my laptop came back to life. They smiled and said, have a nice day. It has been working for the last three weeks without a hitch. I can not say enough good things about these people. Oh, and they did not charge me any thing!!!

Great Local Business
These people were great, looked at my laptop when I brought it in and my problems were not as bad as I had thought. Delaware PC Services were honest and friendly, more importantly they did not charge me an arm & a leg to fix my problem. I took it somewhere else first and they charged me just to look at it and another chunk of cash to 'not fix it'. Then someone highly recommended these people and they were right - they knew their stuff. Thank You!!
